By downloading, installing, or using the “Service”, Accompany mobile application (the "App") , website and associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App.
You can create your account by signing up using your mobile number and verifying with the respective OTP.
To access the App or website, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We are an online community, and we try our best to safeguard our users. You are not allowed to use another person’s account or share your account with anyone without our permission.

Users engaging in transactions through the App do so at their own risk. Accompany is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the properties or users.
Payment processing on the App and website is handled by a third-party payment processor. Users agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the payment processor.
Accompany is not responsible for any issues related to payments, including but not limited to fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions.
Users agree not to violate any laws, third-party rights, or our policies.
Users must not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities on the App.
When using Accompany, you commit to:

Accompany promotes respectful communication . Misbehavior and disrespect of any kind is not tolerated. Abuse and complaints can be registered by contacting us, or by directly clicking “report” on the profile of the user. Accompany reserves the right to investigate any potential violations of these Terms, Accompany user’s rights, or third-party rights. We may, at our sole discretion, terminate a user’s right to use the App without prior notice and/or remove any improper, infringing, or unauthorized Member Content submitted to the App.
Please note that we do not control the actions or statements of our users, so you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the App.
Accompany reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion, with or without cause.
Accompany may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of such changes, and continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance.
In the event of any legal disputes or issues arising out of the use of Accompany or related services, both parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the courts located within the geographical boundaries of Nagpur City, Maharashtra, India. By agreeing to use Accompany, you expressly consent to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur City, Maharashtra, for any legal actions or proceedings, and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum or venue. This provision is intended to streamline legal processes and prevent unnecessary travel for legal matters related to Accompany.
Accompany does not guarantee the safety, security, or suitability of any accommodations, flat mates, or interactions facilitated through the App. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and arrangements made through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Accompany nor its owners, affiliates, employees, or agents will be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive. This includes, but is not limited to, losses related to personal injury, property damage, data loss, income, profit, goodwill, or third-party claims arising from your access to or use of the App, the site, any accompany user or any type of content. This applies regardless of the cause, whether based on a breach of contract, tort (including negligence), infringement of proprietary rights, product liability, or any other legal theory.
You explicitly agree that Accompany is not responsible for any instructions, advice, or services offered through our website or app. Accompany disclaims all liability for any damages, lawsuits, claims, or disputes that arise from or are connected to the use of our website or app.
If you become dissatisfied with the App or the site in any way, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the App and the site. By using the App or site, you waive any and all claims arising from your use.

We do not guarantee or verify the accuracy of information provided to you by other users. We make an effort to keep the information available on the app and website accurate, but we do not guarantee that information is accurate, complete or current. No rights can be derived from it. Any reliance on the provided information is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the website or app will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. Any decisions or actions taken by you on the basis of the information provided on or via the website and app are at your sole discretion and risk.
